To make lives easy for global travelers, some countries offer electronic visa facilities. You can fill in the necessary details in an online form, upload scanned copies of the required documents, and make an online payment to apply for an e-visa. E-visa is issued and received at the visa seeker’s email/application profile within a very short time. Sometimes the online system seems a bit complicated. Sometimes a visa seeker doesn’t have enough time to carry out the entire process, prepare and format the document according to the checklist for uploading it. Purchase e-visa Service

A visa seeker may come to our office or communicate virtually to avail of our e-visa service and pay the service charge in full. A case officer generates a unique ID and Tracking Number for him. His case is then passed on to the Document Processing Team.

Document Receipt & Processing

A checklist is generated for the client and necessary documents are acquired. The documents are then processed and formatted according to the requirements of the respective e-visa portal.

Signing up for a Client Account

An account is opened for the client in the e-visa portal with the client’s email address and phone number. The credentials are shared with the client so that the same account can be used again if the client wants to get another e-visa.

Application Lodgment

All the personal information of the clients as well as the details of the planned trip, accommodation, and other itineraries are entered into the electronic form.

Uploading Documents

After the completion of the form, all the necessary documents are uploaded to the application.

Make online payment

E-visa payments are made online using different international payment gateways such as VISA/MasterCard etc.

Submit Application

Once the online application is completed, documents are uploaded and payment is made, applications are registered in the portal for processing. Different embassies/immigration authorities have different processing times ranging from 1-7 days.

Receive Visa

As soon as the e-visa is issued, clients are likely to receive email notifications confirming the grant of their e-visa. Many e-visa portals send E-visa copies either by email or make them available for download in the e-visa portal.
